Owner Gary Cooper has over 25 years of construction experience to provide a comprehensive offering of home services including plumbing and carpentry to disaster remediation and full remodeling/renovation services.


Gary Cooper: Gary, licensed as a master plumber for over 25 years, is the owner of Chester Plumbing LLC. In addition to his Master Plumber license, Gary also holds certifications in Basement Waterproofing, Mold Mitigation, MHIC and Lead. Gary has worked with leading home builders including Sturbridge Homes, Washington Homes and Landmark Homes, and is also well versed in running large commercial projects across Maryland. Gary prides himself on taking his vast industry knowledge to better serve the needs of individual property owners.
