Cooper's Water Conditioning

I live in an area where the water quality is very poor. A friend suggested I look into getting a reverse osmosis system and/or water softener installed in my home. I called Cooper’s and they sent a representative out to my home the very next day. The representative who arrived was Paul, and he was so awesome! Paul was professional, yet personable and he was very knowledgeable about all the products I was interested in. He answered all my questions and I was able to make a confident purchase. I appreciated that it was also Paul who came back out to install the systems I purchased. He was very timely, neat and efficient with the installation. Upon completion, Paul took the time to thoroughly explain how the systems worked and how to handle any maintenance concerns. I am so pleased with my reverse osmosis system and water softener! Now I can drink from the tap and it tastes great and is healthier for me! My laundry is amazingly fluffy as well! Great experience with our water softener installation! Our technicians, Ben and Paul, were done in less than an hour, gave us a very thorough walk through of the system, and answered all of our questions. The unit is the perfect size for our space walk through laundry room in a new construction home and is working great. They were able to get our unit installed within a week of giving us a quote. We would recommend Cooper's to anyone looking for a water softener install or upgrade.

These guys are amazing. Prompt, professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Paul came out to do our RO and water softener install. He took a lot of time explaining what he was doing, educating us on everything about the systems, and answering every question we had. Also, they provide an extended warranty which is awesome. Separately we had a dishwasher issue and Brett came out to help us with that. Again provided excellent service and quickly resolved our issue. This is our new go-to plumbing service.

I can’t say one bad thing about my experience with Cooper’s Water Conditioning. We knew for a while we wanted to use them. We have only heard great things and the price was the best compared to the other local water companies we got quotes from. When I called to book our appointment they were quick to find a day the following week. Paul was the employee who came to install the unit. He was quick and super informative when it came to teaching us about our new water softener. We are happy with how it’s been working and have no regrets using them!

Our old unit went out and within days they were there installing a new one. Great service. I'd use them again.

My water softener stopped working and Cooper’s came right away to inspect and give options to address. I ended up replacing my old unit and Paul came out within two days to install the new unit and do a few other minor plumbing fixes. Paul was professional, thorough, and did great work. Cooper’s was extremely reasonable for what appears to be excellent equipment with a great warranty. I’ll definitely use Cooper’s again.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Doug was very thorough and helped us get the process started. He was friendly and responded quickly when contacted. Paul installed our water softener. He was very professional, helped trouble shoot an installation we had, and clearly explained all we needed to know about our new system.
