Copley Focus Centers

Took part in a panel on social media research a little while back. I was able to easily find the place as it is located right above the Park Plaza hotel, right next to Finale and made my way up through an elevator after getting cleared at the security desk. After the elevator ride up, I found a huge floor featuring quite a few businesses divided up into large suites and was able to find the Copley Focus Center to my left. Upon arriving inside I was greeted by the friendly staff and filled out some paperwork. I also was given some refreshment options. Food was later provided by the panel organizers but ordered by the CFC staff. Unfortunately, the drinks weren't very cold but I settled for a room temperature diet Sprite. The place itself is in great shape. The various panel rooms are clean, large and well light. They also have two-way mirror options for people who want to do research there and have wifi as well as video conferencing equipment, white boards and plenty of other things available as well. All in all, my experience there was solid although I must admit that it was quite annoying to get a key to unlock the floor bathrooms. There's already security downstairs to clear people in, do I really need an obstacle to go to the bathroom? Ridiculous. That's really my only gripe with the place. That and the fact that the refreshments weren't cold.

Very comfortable, nice snacks, nice people, great location. I wish I was eligible for more focus groups!

If you ever are invited to a focus group here do it - very interesting experience.
