Copper Mountain Coffee

This place is fabulous, especially after a certain person was fired! The customer service is great, the coffee is great! I have nothing bad to say about this company! I’m glad they chose to let go of people who made this place unbareble to go to.

Great little shop, beautiful view of the mountains. Coffee is great shop can be very busy at times so it can be a bit of a wait as there is usually only one barista on shift it seems for the rush hour I understand this is something they are trying to work out schedule wise. The baristas are very young females and can be a little chatty at times, but I believe that is what brings back the customers. There are some improvements that can be made I noticed in one review some one stated that one of the girls was complaining about a manager you will hear this anywhere you go I work in a hospital and people complain about their manager and co workers all the time. Any way I love the girls there and live the coffee.

Love all the girls and their customer service it's top notch everytime we go there. The friendliness and smiles go along way.

I love this location and the staff. I stopped by this morning and just wanted to say my frapp was fantastic......i would take it over Starbucks anyday. Great location, atmosphere and amazing staff.

The former manager was ridiculous, never wanted to go there. I personally feel as though everything has improved tremendously since hiring a new manager! The drinks are better, and the workers aren’t as stressed.
