This is the best gym I have ever been too...not just in NYC but anywhere! Shawna Cordell and her team are amazing. They will help you get to places you never thought you could. If you don't like direct feedback and coaching this might not be the place for you. You are investing in the expertise of the trainers and that expertise runs deep but you have to listen to them to get the most from your experience.

Once you start working out one with one of their personal trainers - you'll wonder why you wasted your time at all the other places in town. Its a really great environment - never more than 4 people working out at one time. Trainers are really knowledgeable and serious about making every rep count. You WILL see results and will be a die hard convert. Worth every penny and a great investment in your well-being.

This place is totally a scam. The owner is unfriendly and judgemental. The gym has almost nothing, costs $200 a month, and a personal trainer costs additional $100 with student 'discount'. Furthermore, they would not let you try for once without paying full fee in advance.
