My previous homeowner insurance gave me grief so I went looking elsewhere. Was dealing with a tentative deadline and Cordell Insurance was able to meet all of my needs and find affordable and full coverage. When I had issues with my loan company and documentation, the staff at Cordell was pleasant, prompt, and efficient with resolving what they could and providing me with next steps. So far I feel supported with this company.

The service I get from Kay and the team at Cordell is second to none. I have been a customer for almost 10 years now. All I look for in an insurance agent is top quality service like fast responses and detailed explanations. Kay and her team have always provided both of those and have actually exceeded all of my expectations in this respect. I would recommend Cordell Insurance to anyone and everyone who wants top quality service at a fast pace while always looking out for the customer's interest first - especially in regards to pricing. In short, they are the best of the best!! Five stars!!!
