Worst place to work, they will lay you off as soon as work slows down. The yard is just like in prison, better watch yourself or your might get shanked in the parking lot. Very unsafe, if you research this company you will see most hate working for them.
Cast in place is better...But if you have to go precast, go with Coreslab!
Don't have a family cause they dont care, about family.
