Downstairs gym could be monitored closer in the sense of equal opportunity to play. This includes limiting the running of a court to a specific time limit ex. 1 hr. The trend that seems pervasive is that maybe 8-10 who show up that know each other keep playing and prevent ones who arrived before or shortly after to play by "running it back" a rematch of previous game. People should not have to remain wallflowers simply because they don't know the party playing or the party says "they're not good enough" to play. I'm all about first come-first serve, not about first come run the gauntlet all day. Fairness and opportunity are key.

Clean and well organized. Nice, clean pool with plenty of floatation devices to help with swimming lessons. Big locker rooms with showers. Basketball court with a track wrapped around the upper deck as well as an outdoor track. All this and more with some of the nicest and helpful employees you could ever meet.
