Took me over 3 hours to get finished here. The care was good, just very slow. I wish my company would use another health care facility.

Used the Lenexa location and waited over an hour in a small room full of people coughing only for them to refuse service. That location changed my paperwork without authorization from my company and tried to charge extra screens they didn't pay for. When I brought that to their attention that's when she refused service for my post employment drug screen and tried to fail me because I wanted to use another location that would do the tests my company authorized.. so I came to this location. Waited maybe 15 mins.. The staff working was really friendly to me unlike the other location and they went out of their way to help me. I will definitely use this location again if needed.
