Corvette Village

I spent $30,000 plus on my corvette 1975 at his shop. The car even with this much invested and weeks in his shop never ran properly. It continued to overheat and have engine failure even after they rebuilt it and the transmission. This is a horrible money stealing shop. Beware. My experience with Corvette Village and owner Ray was very good. He did what he said he was going to do and he did it at a fair price. My Corvette was a little dusty when it went into the shop but it came out washed and detailed inside and out at no additional cost. I have been with Ray since 2007. My dad and I had 4 Corvettes and he worked on them all. Since I am a military vet he always gave me a discount on labor and did many things for comp. This is the place to go when you really have a problem and want it done right.

Stay away he’s not a truthful and honest man. He is very knowledgeable but can give you information that is not correct about your problem or what you might need to be done. Do you research there are more honorable mechanics in the Kansas City area information he supplied to me was wrong parts he supplied to me or rebuilt with a spray can. One Corvette owning friend came to me and asked how can he get his car out of the shop he was bleeding money. A flatbed rolloff was brought in and the car was removed. And taken to another mechanic to complete

I brought my car in with a blown engine. $27,000 later for a chevy engine and a few tweeks. He will nickle and dime you every way doing all kinds of work you never authorized and always way over budget every time. His mechanics are good guys but Ray runs the show. He's always really friendly as he screws you.

I am ecstatic of the way my Vette turned out! I love Ray and all the guys there. Very helpful and always there for any questions I might have. They made sure I was always in the loop about anything and everything. I love my Vette, It turned out better than i could have dreamed. They have the best customer service and the best at keeping a person in touch in what is all happening to a sweet car! I am always going to take it to Ray and his guys!! This is the only safe place to take your Corvette! Anybody that says otherwise, isn't a true Corvette driver!
