Cosi

Almost no line at lunch which is nice for a change, especially in this area. Polite cashier. Fast to-my-table service. Accurate order. Good-sized portions.

Stopped in for some coffee and reading. Had a medium hazelnut coffee. I am NOT a coffee aficionado, but I liked it. It actually made/makes me want to get into coffee!. I've been to better Cosi's that were cleaner, and where the staff had more pep. But from a strictly practical, less emotive standpoint, this place is fine.

The sandwiches and melts are spectacular. The soups are also delicious. Everything here is tasty. I would come back again at any time.

I’m sorry but this place sucks. Nobody listens meaning I always have to correct the cashier and or cook. Burnt margarita pizza every single time! Not to mention the quality of the food isn’t the best. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, and It’s right across the street from my job so mainly I go for conveinence but it’s so disappointing.

Seemed to be some decent quality food for an expensive price. My flatbread sandwich was fine, but $10 is too much for me to pay for a lunch sandwich. But being a couple blocks from Whole Foods...$10 is a bargain.

I normally love going to Cosi and I love the Cobb salad. I love it so much that's all that I order except today. I ordered a a Ceasar salad with avocado I got back to work and no avocado. Moral of the story is make sure you check your order before you leave. :-

I was very disappointed with this Cosi. The food was on par with what you'd expect, and the service was good. But the facilities left much to be desired. I arrived early in the morning, and the floor was dirty, which suggested that they hadn't been swept the night before. Needless to say, I was reluctant to place my bag there. Also, I only went for the wifi, which kept cutting in and out. I asked the staff about it, and they told me that it didn't work properly, which left me to use the weak signal from the wifi network of a neighboring store instead. These things aren't hard to fix, and I hope that they'll see to it soon. In the meantime, I'd probably avoid this place if you're looking for a decent spot to work for a bit.

Cashier messed up our order for salads We asked for a chicken Caesar and an Adobe chicken. We received two adobos. Coffee drinks were not added to the meal. Very poorly lit inside cafe

Last night I came into Cosi and ordered a Chicken T.B.M. Melt, which is what I usually have gotten at this location. To my dismay, I got the most horrendous food poisoning. I know it was from Cosi, because I hadn't eaten anything prior to that meal and it started almost an hour after eating. Extremely unhappy about my experience. Be careful about what you order.

I love Cosi, and was pleased to see they've added small self order kiosks here. This location always has quick service.
