Cosmed Laser Spa

This was my first time at Cosmed Spa. I went for laser hair removal. I was nervous going in because my previous hair removal place would always make me wait for hours and each session would be sooo long. Dr. Natalie at Cosmed spa completely changed my outlook on the whole situation. She exceeded my expectation by far! She is a true professional and is so good at what she does! Her customer service skills are excellent. She made me feel 100% comfortable. The overall atmosphere of Cosmed Spa is super friendly, welcoming and beautiful. Everyone is very attentive of you and makes you feel comfortable. Cosmed spa is the BEST laser hair removal place. I am excited to try the other services there.

Straight to the point They over book themselves and throw you in a room from 30min to an hour telling you they’ll be right with you! The owner or the manager has the worst attitude ever… talk about customer service! I was never late to an appointment and never complained for the wait and gave them the benefits of the double because of what happen with COVID, but the only time I was running late she complained on the phone and was yelling and very rude. She wanted to charge me 60$ For cancelation or cut half the time from my session for coming in late, mind you if I would’ve came in on time I would’ve waited for over 30 min. I had put a down payment down for a new package and they kept that money and never gave it back! They claim to be the cheapest but trust me whatever package they‘lol give you is definitely not worth it. I bought Groupon Laser hair removal and I was amazed by such cheap deal and efficient service. Very professional environment. All girls are nice and welcoming. I saw OMG awesome results after my third session. Now I don't have to shave anymore. Def Recommend them. Its not painful and easy service .

I'm a pretty hairy guy and I've had great results after just a few sessions. Ask for Thelma, she's very thorough with her work and she really cares about how your hair is progressing over time. Would definitely recommend this place

This is the best spa I’ve been to for laser, and I’ve tried at least 10 in Manhattan. Usually they’re all the same, and once my Groupon is done I’ll find the next, but I’m deciding to stay here even after my Groupon. Best customer service- every single person in the spa is super nice and treats you like a valued client, regardless if you’re Groupon or not. Most places treat you like second class if you are groupon, but definitely not here. From the front desk to the back room, they are friendly, caring and customer-first. Always working with me to find the right package/products for my specific needs. My technician, Rama is so lovely. She takes her time and does a really thorough job and is super skilled and patient, even though I have a bunch of tattoos lol. Love these ladies!!!! The best ever.

This place was the most amazing Laser Spa removal place I've ever been to! The customer service was amazing. They were understanding, thorough and respectful. The laser treatment itself was extremely helpful, afterwards I didn't grow and hair for months! For that I'm very thankful, I recommend 100%!

Hello!! Because I had very good results, this site deserves a perfect comment! First of all, thanks to my esthetician THELMA. Ask for her always She knew how to take care of me and tell me the truth that I really needed for my skin. About the spa is very clean, the girls are very nice. For me one of the best places in New York for laser,prices are reasonable and not expensive at all. I bought the pack for Zone C full Brazilian and only in 2 session I had almost no hair !!!! and in the third session my hair disappeared almost completely. The change was brutal and now I am so happy and grateful for these changes in my hair and all thanks to Thelma's advice on what type of laser and machine I needed. if i recommend it? well 100% Tip go in person before buying something in Groupon!

I have had a great experience here. All of the ladies who did my Lazer hair removal were really great, and made me feel comfortable. Nelly in particular stands out! I have dark skin and dark hair and didn’t experience any burning so I would definitely recommend.

i love this place so much! One thing i can say is that the place is so clean and they use new technology laser machines that give me amazing results. I went to many laser spas but ONLY Cosmed Laser Spa gave me the best results. Before I started coming here my hairs were so thick and noticable, but then when i came to Cosmed Laser Spa all my hair is gone now and i feel happy. I recommend everybody to come to this place, the service is amazing.
