Cosmetic Dentistry Institute

They are awful when it comes to understanding and being compassionate. They mess up appointment times and blame you when they do. They are only about getting your money as fast as possible with no regard to anything you may have going on in your life. They do not return phone calls and when you tell them the procedure you did, did not work they brush over that and ask you when you are going to pay them for a procedure they botched. They never used to be like this but the last year they have declined in service and we have been loyal costumers for 20 years but that may change now.

My dentist Dr. Whalen is the best!! I had to get a crown today and there was no wait. He made my crown on site. It didnt have to be sent off to a lab. There is a lab on site. I was very impressed. 5 stars. Best experience ever.

If you are looking for a dentist that cares about you and your smile, this is the place! Excellent dental work, excellent staff! I look forward to my appointments. Whether it is for routine dental cleanings or dental work, every trip to Cosmetic Dentistry Institute has been a positive experience for me. I highly recommend this facility for your dental needs.

Best dentist office I've been to. Very thorough an explains everything. Multiple options are provided and no sales pressure at all. Pointed out multiple problems previous dentist said nothing about for years.
