Cost Plus World Market

My husband and I frequent this location since the South Blvd location is closed. The staff here are great, the selection is phenomenal, and you can usually find what you need. I've no complaints about the staff at all. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and polite. My issue is with their inventory system. I've placed four store pick-up orders in the past six months, and only one has been filled with no errors. I'd like for the company to respect the hard work their customer facing employees do and take note of the issue and fix it. Inventory accuracy or a lack thereof is why I can't give five stars. If you're shopping in store, you'll be delighted with the inventory and cleanliness. My recommendation is to shop in person.

It was first time visiting a World Market and it surely won’t be my last. I want to give a major shout out to Jordan, Billy and Lisa, for helping me find the perfect couch. They made sure I got my discount and even loaded it into my van. The store is wonderful, an amazing vibe. Super cute furniture, jewelry, and home decor. The food and drink selection is also super cool, so many options for different countries. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you again World Market on Sharon Rd. Amazing location!

This place is great. Take a walk around and check the stuff out. It's cool to see products and brands from around the world. Nice staff. Very clean.

Love going to this location. The staff is always friendly here and there’s always great options here for anything. We recently got 6 bottles of wine from them due to a great sale they had so we definitely got lucky! This location in my opinion is better than the Matthews one. Will always return to Cotswold World Market.

I love World Market! They have the most interesting items in there with reasonable prices!

Overall a nice store, except there was this rude cashier named Chris who was extremely sexist to me a few weeks ago on Friday. He needs to watch his tone and learn to respect women, I felt so violated and couldn’t believe that there are still people who talk to us this way in this day and age.

A huge place to buy home decoration and kitchen stuff

Come in this store all the time was told I need to go get my Id come back in and the line was 8 people long.Was told I needed go get back in line when the lady getting ready to check out said It was ok that I can go in front of her but the cashier still told me i needed to get in line! Where is the excellent customer service experience these days? These companies just hire anybody these days with no personality, looking like they just don't want to be at work please meet with Chick-fil-A managers on hiring a excellent staff.

Very nice service I even got free coffee and tea, prices are just a dollar higher than most places but you're sure to find spicy Korean noodles and those shrimp chips I love so much.

I love World Market, you can find things that you don not find anywhere here such as, chocolates, turron, wines, soaps, and etc. The only thing I don't understand is their rewards if there is any, I have never received any special discount. Anyway, I keep going there and buying all the good things they have.
