You can find most of your grocery items in here. Not as big as other locations that I visited, but It good enough for your weekly shopping. Nice staff, clean and neat Costco's store.
Is it wrong to say that Costco is so much better than Sam’s? I guess the truth hurts. I love Costco even on a Saturday at midday. There is so much variety in what they offer. From toilet paper to midweek oven meals I always love the deals that I find.
I have never been to this Hoover location where it was not absolutely a full parking lot any day of the week, any time and today was not exception. But the store, although crowded, was in pristine condition. Very neat and tidy with an excellent selection of products. Employees were all busy and very polite as they worked. Staff were scattered through out with samples promoting different tasty goodies. This store is well run and in great condition.
Extremely stressful checkout procedure! I understand the company doesn’t want us to share memberships, but made it extremely difficult to pay. The cashier asked me more questions about who I am and how I am paying than what they ask me at an airport. At first I thought he was only verifying and doing his job. But as it continues with the questions and calling a manager twice over paying with a Visa which the company takes. We realized he was making the process harder! For no reason.. I understand they deal with plenty of people, but never was me or my husband rude. We only ask to reciprocate the energy we give. Costco is not what it used to be.
Nice selection of groceries, food clothing, electronics, house essentials and most of what you’d need at home.
So discriminated! We were treated like criminal due to my sister misunderstood Costco's employee named David asked her is it her Costco's card but she thought he asked her if I'm her sister. The American lady who brought her guest with her was explained that the guest has to pay cash but when I tried to pay by cash I was told I can not use my cash but my sister has to pay for me she paid by cash also Why did you treat human being differently? He called a manager and a manager asked my sister her driver license... which laws did we break? Are Costco's employees enforcing the laws? We tried to buy stuff , you and your company making money but we were treated like criminal.
Nice Costco location. Very busy when we were but the staff was excellent and efficient. Good selection of lots of items.
I don't buy a lot of things at Costco, but the Kirkland brand dog food is such a great value. I always buy here. Even when there's a lot of customers, I can get in and out quickly.
They don't accept EBT. This simple fact makes it a much better experience than Sam's for most people. There are helpful folks on staff, and Kirkland selections are generally great. Liquor is a separate store, so know that.
I absolutely enjoy shopping at Costco. As an Executive Member I have access to tons of perks & coupons. Gas prices are always lower than their competitors. And who doesn’t like to save a couple dollars? The store is always neatly stocked & there’s always someone willing to assist if needed. My only complaint is the crowd. It doesn’t matter what time you go there’s going to be a crowd. Other than that, Costco is the way to go. But you don’t have to take my word for it, go see for yourself.
