Costco Tire Center

I went to COSTCO in Long Island City today. Because my tire was nailed, I paid $15.22. Then someone looked at my tires and said I couldn't fix my tires. After that, they did not give me 15 dollars. They say this is an inspection fee! Is this COSTCO's integrity? Very disappointed Costco! Time in:11:58. Time out:12:33. Tires Picture time：12:52

It is a good place to get tires. Need to improve in the customer services part a little bit, but, they are mechanics. If you want a drive thru kind of things, go to McDonald's. They are mechanics. The work is a round an hour for the four tires. Over all good services.

I got tires replaced last week but they messed up one of my TPMS. Tire pressure light has been ON since. I went back the shop later that day and I was told that it could be the bad battery and to check with the dealer. I did my own research and got myself new TPMS since the manager at the shop insisted that it may take some times to order the correct parts. Then I found out they replaced one of the "gone" bad TPMS with the wrong specs/application when I when to replace all 4 of TPMS at my local professional tire shop (which I should have gone in the first place). It seems one of the TPMS (the bad one Costco tire center at LIC replaced it on my truck) is totally different then the other 3. Addiction to the service provided, they never called me when they received my tires when I ordered online. I had to find out myself via Costco customer service which they told me my order had been received by the tire shop. So to conclude that, bad manager, bad service and hardly anyone pick up the phone when you call tire center.

Very bad service here I was waiting in line for 10 mnts and the only 3 workes talking to 1 customer ( come on 3 people for 1 customer when u see other one waiting in line )
