Amazing people!!! Brought my car here today to get the breaks and rotors done and I can't even believe how kind and helpful they are. They went above and beyond to help me and I can't say enough about how kind the people here are. We went to Rick's shop Cottman/Aamco, Noland Rd & 23rd St, Independence,  in need of getting our power steering repaired.  He performed a diagnostic, determined the problem, and provided an accurate estimate of repair, which he stuck to.  Rick was very customer service oriented, honest, and responsive to us at all times.  His communication was quick, continuous and reliable.  The repair was completed in a timely manner and well done, at a reasonable price.  We appreciate all his efforts and will return anytime we have a car problem. Jacob was so helpful and very polite throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on everything and offered other small repairs that the mechanics noticed cuz I told him there's just a lot wrong with the car. I’m going to start off by just saying WOW! I have never had a better experience with my vehicle getting worked on, other than right here at aamco. From the management to the shop all around was a clean and hard working establishment. From the moment I walked in they made me feel welcomed and made me feel as if I was in good hands. I went in for what is normally about a 5 hour job and they had it done in only 3 hours! Now my vehicle is running better than ever and was back on the road in no time!! I was having car trouble and I called Cottman. Jacob was able to get me in next morning. They did diagnostic  and found 3 issues two they could take care of and one repair they couldn't do. Jacob listened to my issues and called me every step of the repairs. He was very helpful and explained everything to me. Being a women it is very important to have a mechanic listen to you and patiently explain things. Was having some transmission issue, once my check engine light came on I stopped in and spoke to Rick. They were very prompt and clear about the issues I was having and even found a leak I didn't know about with my power steering pump. They worked with me on getting my car fixed and back to me ahead of schedule. Couldn't ask for better care from a small shop.

I was really scared to hear that my transmission needed repair but, Rick was amazing at helping me apply for their loan through Snap. He was very considerate of my economic situation and mindful that this is my only vehicle.  My truck was in and out in less than a week. His service was very friendly and professional.
