Found them at the downtown farmer's market, tried their mesquite syrup and fell in love. They use sugar, not corn syrup, which I appreciate. They have lots of different kinds of jams, jellies, and syrups, both sweet and savory.
I had the opportunity to personally visit Cotton Country Jams kitchen when looking for a commercial kitchen to produce my own product in. Not only are these jams absolutely delicious unique flavors, the kitchen they are produced in is top notch !
