This store has made a big improvement since the reviews that were left a couple years ago thanks to new management. The staff is very friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable for the quality of clothing, and the store manager Sierra went above and beyond to give the best customer service experience possible! Definitely coming back.

This store is never open! Every time I come it’s closed.

My daughter and I made a purchase today. Sarah and Jermaine were awesome. Sarah was kind enough to talk to my daughter about her knee surgery and Jermaine was entertaining as he rang us out. Now a days you dont always get any personal service when shopping in retail. We were all joking and laughing together and when we left my daughter said they were fun. Kudos to these 2 employees for not just making us feel like another customer shopping in their workplace or better yet side talking as they cashed us out as that happens in so many other places.

Most frustrating company to make online returns with. It’s so inconvenient and frustrating that I no longer want to order from them again. You do not get a return label with your order like most companies do... which is ok cause in most cases you can go online and get one instantly... not with this company. You have to fill out a form then reply to an email and then you get a shipping label... well I still haven’t received my shipping label. I even called and was told it would be sent to be and still no label. Systems are so old in store that I couldn’t do a return in store because I used after pay.. never have I heard of that. Also I was not greeted when I entered the store or when I got up to the register. The girls at the register were tasking when I came up and one walked to a register never saying hi but more annoyed I was taking her away from her task... product Is not worth the headache

The quality of clothing is good. They just have limited options. I'm assuming it's due to covid. But they could add a bit more color, unless you love neutral colors like Kanye West.

Fair prices for stylish wear. While browsing, another customer had a complaint and the associated named Ryan Green handled the situation with a finesse and professionalism that would make any retail establishment jealous; definitely deserves a raise!

I love love love this door not only do they do a Good Charity but they have phenomenal clothes I love their hoodies leggings and they have some really good priced quality clothes!!!

Workers were too busy talking to even hear me say I don’t need a bag 3 TIMES. Store was a complete mess with OBVIOUS signs of theft. Tags and hangers laying all over the place and workers stood behind counter chatting the whole time. Sad.

Fantastic place with amazing employees that are always so helpful especially Sara!, hella good clothes, and just really really nice to go to ^w^

This store has cute, trendy clothes and the prices aren't bad at all.
