After talking to them I agreed to come in the next day and give them a $500 deposit on an outboard motor to be installed. Within a couple of hours they called me back and said someone offered them more for the motor I was supposed to put a deposit on the next day. Told me the first one to put the deposit diwn would get the motor. Told them that if they could not wait one day for me to get there then sell it to other person.Very poor customer service and I will never buy anyrhing from them. I will not buy frpm.someone who tries to high pressure sell me or can not take my word that I will be there with deposiit or wsit one day because they were closing before i could get there in time on the day we talked. Gave my business to another company that had good customer service.
Good service got my boat done quick nice people
From the day I bought my boat from them I have had nothing but problems. None of the paper work matched the day I showed up to pick the boat up. Then I have had numerous problems with my motor that have not been fixed even though I have warranty on everything
Purchased a fuel hose for an outboard motor and went to return it still sealed in the factory package and they would not let me return it. Their policy is no returns no exceptions. I could understand if it were a special ordered product or custom product but not a stock item that is literally right there on the shelf and not allowing a return is ridiculous. On top of that the price of the fuel hose was 2 to 3 times that of anywhere else. Beware if you purchase any parts that there is no return and obviously they don’t make you aware of that on the front end.
Bad business practice. Poor customer service by Bill. Your receipt means nothing if you need to return something. It states no electrical and no special orders can be returned. We tried to return an item that was purchased for “just in case needed” so that we would have the part. We never opened the box, the part was fine on the boat. So we tried to take it back and they would not give us our money back. Bill showed a sign on the wall behind him about returns, we were going by the receipt. Bill, never said anything about return policy and we specifically said to him that we were purchasing just in case needed because we were going to Heber Springs from Memphis to check out a boat . Don’t expect to get your money back. Bill said they only give money back if they order the wrong part. Bad business.
Took my boat there to have it rewired, they added a few other parts including a ignition switch as well. Two weeks later and a bill over $600, I had to go behind them and recrimp some wires coming off the solenoid that had came out. After that I started it up and fuel was pouring from the fuel hose that they didn't tighten the clamp on, and on top of that the new switch wouldn't shut the motor off. Remember all this is after I've paid over $600. I took the boat back hoping to get a quick turnaround, but after two weeks I called and they still haven't gotten to it. So I leave work on my lunch break and go get my boat and the explanation I get is, we've been busy selling new boats. What that have to do with me, I still don't know to this day. My first time going there and my last time. This may sound like a made up story, but I promise it's the truth. I should've fought to get my money back but I figured it'll be a waste of time. This place is a total ripoff.
Very professional and Patrick did a fantastic job taking care of my boat while getting summarized. He truly loves boats and educating his clients. Great guy!!! Will not take my boat anywhere else!
The worst experience I have had anywhere. I took my boat there wanting a specific repair done. They did every other repair they could to run the labor bill up. The problem was never fixed. They left my fuel line off. They did not tighten the thermostat housing. They ran my battery’s dead. Do not recommend them for any mechanic service.
Great crew over there. I really enjoyed working with their team
If I could give zero stars i would. We put Money down on a boat a week ahead and made plans with them to pick it up. Made it through about 5 hours of our drive and got a call that someone else bought that boat and they didn’t have anymore. We went and got our money back and watched someone drive off with the boat we had paid for. Their Fix was to offer us $60 to pay for gas or we could order one and drive the 12 hour round trip again. We took our money elseware and the dealer at the next place had a driver meet us half way back home so we didn’t have to drive all the way to them and took $1200 off the price. Just all around a bad experience and a lot of wasted time.
