CounterStrike Krav Maga

If you're interested in Krav Maga, this is definitely the place to go. Nate is an amazing instructor that makes the classes fun and will have you wanting to come back for more.

While some places seem to offer Krav Maga as "fitness" this place offers it as actual self defense. Although, I assure you, it's a workout. I like that this is a family friendly environment and not an intimating instructor.

Great place to learn self defense. I've been to a few gym and training centers in the area, but this is by far the best! Nate is a really good guy and it's easy to learn from him.

I love that the techniques are practical and you don't have to be an athlete to be successful at defending yourself. Great for all ages regardless of size and strength.
