Horrible Experience. The approach is terrible. Was looking to purchase floral arrangements for a relatives funeral... the older male at the counter is sooooo rude. He asked me what I was looking for and what kind of flowers I wanted. I told him I wasn't sure as I've never had to purchase flowers for a funeral and I asked him if he had a book that I could use for reference. First he said he did not. Then he tossed a book at me and told me "this isn't going to help you anyway. Just tell me what you want!" I chose something generic to make the process simple & smooth. He went on to give me a fee and I reiterate the amount to make sure I understood him correctly as he has a heavy accent. When it was time to pay the fee was different from what he had originally quoted. When I question the change of fee he became quite flustered and had no compassion.

Beautiful, fresh flowers for an unbelievably low price with great service. I've been here twice and both times the guy helping me was very helpful.

The owner was not friendly and unapproachable. He did not listen to me and ordered me to get out of his shop. He called me stupid and picked up a knife when talking to me. It was a very hostile environment. I felt threaten and called the cops on him. I did not feel welcome at all. I truly believe he is a racist in disguise. I can not believe he is in the florist business. It's all about helping customers in their time of need.

I ordered flowers for a beloved friend who had passed away. the coffin cover and two stands one on either side of the coffin. Junior listened to what I asked for then had it made 100 times better, the flowers were absolutely beautiful and I am so very grateful I called them. Thank you

I have previously written a review for this establishment. My last review was for my wedding. This review is for my father's funeral. This has been a very difficult time in the lives of my family and myself. The flowers for our spray arrangement were beautiful. Alex personally took my arrangement request. As I was not very articulate still grappling with the circumstances, Alex was patient. He even made my husband and I laugh. Alex and staff came through for another important event in my life. I am very grateful.

Fresh flowers and cheap prices, what else is there to ask for.?
