Countryside Florist

Last second visit 2 days before Mother’s Day and they stopped to create a bouquet of great flowers. Very nice gifts around the shop also helped me buy for 2 Mom coworkers. Great experience, very friendly and fast!

The owner of Countryside Florist, Monica, is the best florist around! She is very talented & her arrangements always look amazing with the freshest, most unique flowers & greens (even better looking than the pictures online). She also remembers who I am every time I stop in or call. I love the personal touch she gives, unlike ordering from an online florist. Monica also has a gift shop inside her store if you need a last minute gift or if you just enjoy unique finds! Stop in to see her...You wont be disappointed! Keep up the good work, Monica!

Premium of "Arrive In Style" looks elegant in full volume of flowers in the picture online. You hardly see any green. While placing order online, I was assured of the best value. But when picked it up on the funeral date, there was no proper greetings. When they found it, it looks not even close to the picture online with big volume of GREENs not flowers! I showed the online photo, the staff was agitated and said they followed the instruction and the picture looked the same to her. Unbelievable! If the two staffs showed a little bit sympathy and explained that this picture can be misleading, that would NOT be too bad. Yet she said either take it or leave it while knowing I need it in 30 minutes. They could care less about how the customer feels before going to a funeral with not even one single sign of being sorry. This is absolutely the worst service I ever had. And I will never ever place any order in Courtryside Florist, Marlborough, MA.
