Super convenient don't even have to leave my apartment building, the staff is really friendly. Only knock is that its a bit overpriced, but you pay for the convenience.

Good spot that's close to a number of apartment buildings. For a mini mart type of thing, there is a great selection of food and toiletries. You can also take your laundry to them as well, though they do it off site and it takes a bit longer than other places
