Courtyard by Marriott Nashua

The hotel was nice, very modern, quiet and clean. The front desk staff was also helpful. The issue I had was the amount of times I was charged. Due to my job I was able to receive a government rate for my one night's stay. The hotel mistakenly charged me for a regular rate and an additional $10.00. I was made aware of this by my bank because they thought this was suspicious activity (I was out of state and two transactions had been made to the account by the same hotel). I contacted staff who acknowledged the mistake and said it would be rectified. Instead, the incorrect charges remained and an additional charge of $120.00 PLUS the correct rate was made. In total I was charged $260.00 for one night instead of the $116.00 government rate. Staff was again notified and again I was told that mistakes had been made and during the night audit my account would be corrected. The next day I received ANOTHER call from my bank because four additional charges ranging from $40.00-$150.00 were attempted. Luckily all of the new charges were declined. I will be speaking with the hotel AGAIN to see what on earth is going on. I am hoping this will be resolved soon.

Went here for a 3 day board game convention and had an excellent time. The amenities are great and the rooms are very nice but a bit small. It was really great that the bar and coffee shop were open very late each night.

Excellent facility for meeting/conference. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. The lunch catering was excellent and on time for about 200 attendees.

I used to stay at this hotel a lot several years ago and I can say that it is vastly improved since then. The lobby is completely new and the rooms have been refreshed with an updated decor and furniture. The bathrooms have been refreshed as well but not as extensively. The gym is well equipped and the location is really good now that there are new places to eat in the area. The property is now competitive again in the local area.

This is my first stay here. The staff is great, as is the restaurant. There is no coffee in the morning unless you get Starbucks. The WiFi is fairly fast, enough for streaming.
