i have had the worse luck with this insurance company getting my payment posted to the account correctly. Went the pharmacy a few days ago to get some medicine could not get it because Coventry did not have my inforation but they had my payment. 4 days later i still don have my medicine
qhdhp pos insurance is good, but their website is terrible. The sign-in page either doesn't display or reports an that an internal error occurred depending on what device I use.
Absolutely the worst, up there with United Healthcare. What's the point of having it when you pay out of pocket anyway? Better off asking what the "cash" price is and save your money.
