Coverall Houston

This company says it specializes in cleaning medical facilities, but they are the worst ever. Our medical practice has never been so dirty and unattended until we switched to Coverall. More often than not the trash was not taken out consistently, floors rarely swept, vacuumed or mopped. . They were consistently in breech of their contract. Very unethical business practices. They are not even worth the one star!!!!

The office staff are very helpful and professional. The field staff are courteous and informative. Since Coverall sells franchise opportunities to potential business owners, I can not speak of the cleaning services, since it is the actual franchise owners (not subcontractors) that do the cleaning, not Coverall.

I'm the Center Director with Champions Learning Academy, a faith based preschool in Houston, TX. The cleaning is sub par, the employees clean counters with bathroom rags as I watched them via camera and the customer service is horrible!
