Cox Communications

I’ve had way too many issues to count over my 3 years with them. Way overpriced as well. We pay almost $100 a month just for 150 mbps, and our new verizon plan is only $80 a month for 800+ mbps with streaming services included as well. Really excited to switch back to Verizon and never deal with this again.

Quick and fairly friendly service. Customer service offers plenty of assistance and generally make it easy for less technology inclined people like me.

I'm so done with cox, they are rude, and when we tried to handle something nicely, they hung up on us. I'm distgusted and will NEVER use cox again. They are rude and are not worth your time.
