3 because it should not be only store in town that post to your account in less then 48 hours+ like all other payments. Causes it to be packed.. I get tips from work didn't have my card, so I pay with tips. I have 110 in 1s my bill is 109.. I get to 106 in machine and won't take last 4. I have to wait in line anyways now. The rep never added my name to wait list, so now I have to go behind everyone else..
The most annoying experience.
I feel like it should be 1-2 stars. But I'm being nice

Very nice place. Good customer service reps. Loved that it has things you can rest out and good music playing while you wait

I've only had to come to the store one time in the 15 years I've had Cox. That's pretty good. The store is VERY clean. They have a host at the door greeting you and signing you in at which point you are suppose to wait till your name is called to see a representative. I was returning a Internet modem after buying my own. It took about 30 minutes. They had a guy come around offering candy. That was a nice gesture for those waiting. Of course some people were complaining about the wait. But really, how often do you come to the Cox store? For me it was once in 15 years. I won't make a big deal about the 30 minutes wait.

Yesterday I visited this Cox Solutions Center. Parking was easy upon arrival. I entered the store and used the automated kiosk to register myself as a guest. I was initially overwhelmed due to how busy it was when I arrived but I only waited about 10 minutes or so and was greeted by a representative named Jesus. He was smiling, friendly and grabbed the terminals from where I was sitting and said he will carry them no problem.
He checked my file, requested ID, and started processing my return of my old terminals and issuing my new wifi router and cable box. There was some sort of error and corrected it with the manager.
After processing, and handing over my new terminals he shook my hand and thanked me as a valued Cox customer.
The attitude, customer service, smile, hand shake and overall personality of Jesus made this one of the best customer experiences that I have experienced from any business.
Jesus, thank you again. I look forward to dealing with you in the future and will request you by name, but I am sure you will be running the store by then or another location. Passion and personality shows and you are going to go far! Being a business owner, I know that Staff is everything in a business and I am sure Cox values you on the highest level, they are lucky to have you.

Ask for Johnson Sewell if you have to talk to a manager. He's honest and that made a big difference to me. I was about to give them all of their equipment back. Watch your bills with Cox, their billing dept is often WRONG! I was being overcharged for months and Mr. Sewell saw it and credited my account. I always pay in full.
