EVERYONE There was helpful, kind and knowledgeable.. we are very pleased.
This is the only Company I ever have problems with. I really wish they would go out of business. Greedy people. I can live without this lousy company.
Helpful. I tried to call ahead to ask a question, but couldn't reach them. Once there, I was waited on well. I returned outdated equipment. We just never addressed my other question to satisfaction. Treated politely.
Was there to return a cable box they made it pretty easy

The employees are always very cheerful and helpful. They answer any questions I have. I find it so nice and respectful that they greet each customer, walk them to their work station then walk us to the door with smiles!Hard to beat that these days!
Went in to dispute my bill jumping $25 for no reason and got no help from the employees at this store so if you have a problem I suggest just calling customer service cuz they'll probably be more useful and if you're someone thinking about opening an account I'd suggest just going to Verizon and save yourself a headache
