Was helped by a very informed and pleasant man named Jason A., who in my opinion deserves a raise. I came in frustrated that my modem wasn’t working after being on the phone for over an hour trying to figure out the issue. Jason answered all my questions, put my mind at ease and got my modem replaced in a matter of minutes.
I have used their service for years and had been great. They probably hired young new people that one of them was unprofessionally passive aggressive trying to blame on our financial issue when the paperless payment didn’t go through even after we told them we already verified with our bank. Thought it would be one bad experience, came back second time to solve issue just to get looked down since english is my second language
Wow! I’ve always been so impressed with the customer service at this location, NOT TONIGHT! Now I know it was just minutes to closing time, but the CSR rep that helped me was rude, rushed, and kept looking at his watch… I finally said I’d be back when it wasn’t close to closing, “you don’t have to waste your time or ours, you can just call” VERY disappointing! Also insult to injury, we’ve been having lots of trouble getting clear WI-FI coverage. Might have been the straw that broke my back, pretty sure we’ll be giving AT&T a shot now!
They we're very nice and helpful. I bought a cell phone from them. They took the time to get it blue tube from my other phone. I though that was nice of them.
Placed my order completely online. Walked in and was greeted right away. Sent maybe a max of 3 minutes in there picking up my equipment.
Arrived at the store, it was not too busy, followed the prompts at the inside entrance, but even before my position number was called, a representative summoned me and asked if I was there to drop off or receive an item
Went in to see what they had to offer for home internet. Cynthia was very courteous and helpful.
You're very helpful. I do not know much about Cox Cable except I was having a major problem with it and they had been trying to fix it over the phone and that just did not work so yeah I was talking to over the phone so you're just going to have to go by the store and exchange your unit. So I did that and they were very easy to deal with no real questions asked. I was very pleasantly surprised.
Edward was excellent at explaining the services I signed up for and the wait time was very short!
Last week I returned my boxes and paid the balance off to get cable which is over 480 dollars plus over 200 security deposit. Just Tue I had my service hooked up. I get email saying my bill is ready. I look it up they are charging me over 700 and 333 due in May. I'm like wth!!! Always money hungry I didn't even get what I asked for so disappointed
