Coyote Grill

We had our family reunion here and it was really nice! The rooms were adequately cleaned, they also included a fridge microwave and coffee machine with coffee provided. Breakfast was good. We had a formal dinner there and the food was was pretty good. Glad to have stayed here. Please consider, Be mindful of the area, there appears to be a percentage of homeless who come near the hotel periodically. They were not hostile and none so much as talked to us so I would just say be mindful. This is in no way a negative reflection of the hotel.

Clean rooms, front desk staff very helpful and friendly. We had a king bed room and only had one bath towel and one wash cloth upon arrival, asked twice for 2 of each types of towel and never received them. We had to track down a housekeeper and get the towels directly from her for our two day stay. Lots of undesirables who are not hotel guest hanging around the sidewalk in front of the hotel.

I was absolutely touched by the kindness, professionalism, and friendliness of all of your staff. I was currently just in quite the experience and found myself stranded at your hotel for 3 days. The loveliness of your staff made my stay completely peaceful. Margarita in the Coyote bar was so pleasant and quite a beautiful soul. I had great exchanges with your front desk staff, maintenance man, cleaning women, the lovely young woman at the breakfast nook, and everyone that I dealt with there. Thank you so much for your kindness. From this happy, touched Canadian. You're all steller.

I’m giving this review based on customer service alone. I called to make a reservation and was blown away on the service provided by the representative. She asked my name and number incase we were disconnected. She was pleasant and professional, I thought it was her alone. Until I explained that I needed to call back, when I called back I reached a different representative and she was exactly like the first. Unfortunately the hotel was full, but online looked like it had rooms which I think was a issue on my side. After the call, the second representative called me back to offer discounts for future stays. Unfortunately, I did not take them but I would pay full price to stay here in the future. Great job on training your staff, I called a few hotels on the last minute trip and I wish that all provided the same level of customer service training.

It was a really nice and comfortable hotel, my biggest issue is all of the homeless hanging around in between the hotel and McDonald's. The security guards do their job to keep them from coming on the property. The bar is awesome and the bartender is freaking amazing he was a really cool guy I would recommend the bar there and the hotel management need to give him a raise.

Nice rooms. We were there for Nascar Disappointed that the bar was not open during this time. We like to watch sports and have dinner after the races so we don't have to drive around and look for other places to go. We prefer to stay at the hotel after along day at the raceway. This is our main reason we like to stay at your hotel. Convenience....

Room is great, I am not happy with the customer service I received I stopped here on my way back to California as an early birthday present from my father as some salvation from the long arduous drive from Texas I received misinformation over the phone that they would accept our card on file, upon arrival they did not, the process to confirm card on file would have taken hours as no one was home to receive their scanned document copy credit card and ID info, hand sign and scan it back. Not terribly expensive so not a massive issue but extremely frustrating when you’ve gone to the trouble to confirm, and also when you’ve planned your trip around it, I simply would have left earlier and driven the whole 13 hours to California, if not booked #1 and #2 if we had had the correct information this could have been handled before I ever got here. The woman at the front desk was not terribly welcoming either. Although the room is clean and the bed is comfortable this whole experience is somewhat soured by the actually terrible help I received, I feel as though I am giving this establishment the benefit of the doubt by giving them three stars on this review.

I got the absolute best customer service. Everyone I spoke with was amazing and very helpful when it came to extending my stay. The room was what I expected, just be sure to deadbolt and latch because people are a little crazy. I wish I knew how many homeless people and harassing druggies were in the red roof parking lot right next door before I brought my family

You guys just hotel was top notch I felt safe there with my kids it was very cleanly and fancy staff is all very nice price was great rooms were lovely beds were comfortable is all get out! It's cool you have a restaurant there in a pool table and dart I guess you're a little under staffed at the restaurant so after waiting about a half hour and not being able to be seated yet we went ahead and ate breakfast tomorrow but I can't even complain that happens sometimes the woman who was working was very nice and apologetic and that's probably just an isolated incident.

Rustic but well kept facility. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Lots of places to eat nearby. Area around hotel sketchy. Only complaint was loud traffic noise. Freeway one side busy boulevard other side. Sound penetrates room easily.Rooms: 4/5
