Awful... Ask for almond shape got stiletto.. the nail was filed on one side to much, tried to fix it and had to over compensate for the bad filing the nails was really short and crooked. Nails weren't smooth

I was hesitant at first because I usually go to the same nail salon. Let's just say they didn't disappoint me... Excellent customer service
