I ate the top before I took the picture, but the ice reminds me of New Orleans snowballs. It is soft like snow. There is always enough syrup that it lasts to the end. A sweet perk is the frequent punch card. I had a medium coconut. Very good.
Way too expensive. The snow cone is a very fine powder so if that makes your day, then they are perfect other than the outrageous price. I personally would rather go to JFK and pay 25-30% less. Flavor is all the same.
I’ve been going here since I was a kid and I have NEVER been to a better snow one stand! Everyone there is always nice and EVERY flavor is completely delicious! HIGHLY recommend!
This is my all time favorite place for shaved ice! I'm 43 & I've been going there every summer since I was a little girl! They have a nice variety & their flavors aren't watered down like most places! Plus their employees are always friendly!
Best snocones in central Arkansas. The ice is ground so small it is literally snow. Great flavor selection, even some you wouldn't expect. Staff is friendly. Only issue I see is parking. Be ready to make room for the next car.
Its a pretty small building, but the options they have are endless! I don't know where exactly they keep it all, but i've decided the people who work there must be magic. They are always extremly nice, patient as ever, and really knowledgeable about what they offer. I've stopped at Cozy's since I was a kid, and it's amazing that now I can take my kids there, and still get the amazing service and drinks that I remember.
Me and my daughter love this place! Cozy's is quickly becoming a historical North Little Rock location. They have a variety of flavors in options including toppings and you wouldn't believe. They Don't have a lot of parking options, as they are often flooded with loyal customers. My favorite is the black cherry.
They have the best shaved ice in Arkansas! There is never any white snow in the cups due to them putting plenty of syrup. Employees are wonderful! They also have hole Punch cards for earning free shaved ice. Been going here for 10 yrs!
i love they snow cones. I am happy they back open. If any1 looking for me they know I am here. I drive everyday from little rock to north little rock to this snowcone place at least 3 times a day
Love this little shave ice stand! They are always busy and for good reason. Lots of flavors, even stranger ones like dill pickle. We've gone there for years and will continue to for as long as they stay open!
