I was at this location last week and was very impressed by the professionalism of their staff. The office was very organized and clean!! Everyone was very friendly and willing to assist with any questions. I noticed their staff went out of their way to assist the elderly patients with their questions. I was attended to very quickly with not much wait at all. I was met by Miss Peggy and at once, she made me feel at ease with her demeanor, she was so friendly and professional, I knew immediately that I came to the right place. Their staff shows patience and compassion, something we all need to do and consider. I would and have recommended friends and family members to this location. Such a great atmosphere!! Thank you all for your assistance.
I have been going to CP Advance Imaging for a number of years now. Every experience I had with them is great. The front desk staff on the 2nd floor were friendly, helpful and polite. The ultrasound technician, Peggy, was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and painless throughout the entire process. She was able to answer all my questions in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend CP Advance Imaging to all my friends and family. Thank you CP Advance Imaging for providing such a superior customer experience!
This review is long overdue! My wife has been going to CP for all her imaging, even after we move away from the city. Peggy was the ultrasound technician that helped my wife. She was very polite and extremely helpful and patient with all her questions. Although, during busy hours you have to wait a bit, however, the front desks are trying their best to check you in and minimize the wait time. Overall, my wife highly recommended this image center.
The attitude of the front desk lady today was quite disgusting. She was extremely rude and apparently didn't want to do her work. She couldn't even explain the availabilities or how many hours my mother needs to fast. I dont think she deserves a job. Please help out this organization by quitting your job. Another update: I did email CP advanced Imaging after they posted under my comment here. But no one ever got back to me. No wonder the front desk act like that, no accountability. Again, quite disgusting.
I took the MRI today and the male technician attitude very rude , he gave me the impression very cold and not happy , he did not explained any procedure on the exam which I think this is a requirement, he seem like he is in rush to get the work done, when I got in to the machine before start, I knocked on the machine wall try to ask can I take away my mask because I felt I have a little bit hard time to breath, but no one acknowledge me, that make me more nerves and uncomfortable , in half way on the exam, they pull me out and said wil gave me a injection, I told him how do I feel and he is not happy and gave me the nest look, I been done few time on MRI in other clinic and no problem, I never met this nasty of treat,I am very disappoint this imaging clinic and certainly they are not professional at all.
Located conveniently in the corner of canal st, with a wide variety of testing, screening and diagnostics can be done. Friendly staff. However, it's very busy at times, scheduled appointments ahead is a must.
I went in today and I had a good experience! The front desk ladies were very sweet and accommodating. One of them helped me out a lot when I was asking questions and was nervous about my ultrasound. The ultrasound technician was also very friendly and kept me calm and made sure I was doing well. Overall I had a good time.
I use CP every so often, and my experiences have been good overall. It’s a busy facility, but the staff is efficient and overall friendly. I went in for an ultrasound recently, and the technician was quick and completed what she needed to do in within 15 minutes. On another occasion, I had an urgent request, and they were able to help me due to the time-sensitive nature of the matter. Overall, I was satisfied with the services CP had been providing.
I echo the poor reviews for the staff. They're especially rude. How do you run a business nowadays and accept these poor reviews and not change out your staff or at least provide some customer service training. Management really needs to hire people who really want to work there and are willing to provide the type of service that your patients deserve.
5 stars HSG procedure here!! I’d give it a 10 stars if that possible because of the experience the doctor and nurse gave me for this dreadful experience. I was extremely nervous for the procedure from what I read online, even considered taking Xanax, but end up just taking ibuprofen instead. First of all, the front desks are so kind and attentive when you call to schedule this test. But the best part is the doctor and nurse doing the HSG test!! I didn’t get his name, but he’s young and I believe not Asian since most people here are hope he can get the credit. The doctor is soooo kind, empathetic, gave me detail about the test, and pain scale, and communicate so well during the test to make it more tolerable. Even hold the injection of the dye so I can take a break when it got a little bit too much at one point. The nurse is so sweet, she prepared a pad for me, even allowed me to have a candy just to be comfortable before the test. When we finished the test, the doctor actually said “nice to meet you”, and the nurse complimented me on my English. So instead of feeling exposed and pain, it was a warm and sweet experience with the staffs here. The test itself is uncomfortable, but they’ve made it as comfortable as it can be in my opinion.
