Shady business practices. Had commercial vehicle with them no accidents or claims in 5+ years policy kept increasing. No one in office was able to explain. One incident I told the accounting Dept to hold a check and I would make them know when to cash as funds were not in bank account. Accounting went ahead without my authority and cashed check resulting in large over draft of bank account. Ann in accounting is clueless and Jim only has limited power. You're screwed!

I had a cancellation without any warning. I know it's not the agent who makes that kind of decision; however, I was forced to scramble at the last minute after the bank had informed me of the cancelation. Communication should have been much better.
