I was in Charleston for a conference, saw cpr repair, and decided to see if they could fix my charge port problem. It was a usb c port and charge cables would not stay in. I was worried it needed replaced. Turns out, it just needed some lint cleaned out of it. Would have been very easy for him to say I needed a new port. I wouldn't have paid for it. I would have just got a new phone. On top of it all, he didn't even charge me for cleaning. Thank you Justin. Glad to see there are still honest people in the repair business.
Had plenty of time to do a repair 30 minute repair time. But had the doors locked and closed and did not reopen until 20 minutes until closing and was rude about not having enough time. Talking about he walks out the door at 7 not a second later.... Would like to add I drove an hour to get there in the first place due to the store in my area not having the screens in which is at the Beckley location.

Highly recommend! Justin repaired my cracker iPhone screen in about 40 minutes. He did a great job.
Not exactly a negative review. I had stopped in to possibly get a screen replaced on a brand new phone I accidentally dropped and was told there isn't a screen available for my phone. I was DEVASTATED! Was told my phone model was too new and to check back in a few months to see if it was available and not to put a screen protector on in the meantime although without one, I will be getting my ears and side of face scratched or cut. With that information, when I got home I personally searched the web and found literally HUNDREDS of places that sell the replacement screen for my phone! So I'm not exactly sure what I'll do at this point, but either way, I do need my screen replaced.
