CPR Cell Phone Repair Clinton

Came in to get my speakers repaired and when i got my phone back my charger port didn’t work, it was working perfectly fine before i gave my phone to them. They did not offer to fix it for free but instead tried to charge me $135 and take 2 hours to fix. Would NOT recommend

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM . I went to get an IPAD repaired. I was ask to pay the money upfront no problem. I paid $266.43 on 7/19/24. On 8/20/24 after finding out they were unable to repair the IPAD. I was supposedly refunded back $203.00 because the IPAD was unrepairable. The manager claim to refund the card on file. I received a E RECEIPT but I told them I do not own a card with the last 4 of that card number. He proceeds to say management will get in contact with me but I have not received one call nor do I have my money. I will follow up with legal. No one has money to just give away. By the way cash app is willing and ready to verify I have no card with the last 4 digits EVER attached to me. I think it is an owner’s card the money is being refunded to.

They ask for the money in advance to fix my ipad. Then, they told me they couldn't fix it and was putting my money back on my card. They never transferred my funds and got a print off from the card company, and they said they don't see anything transactions returning to my account. Now, they will not answer my calls. Thinking legal actions. THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE

I had a great experience at CPR Cell Phone Repair in Clinton. I took my husband’s phone in this morning because it had water damage from hunting. We tried drying it out with rice for days and other things and it just wouldn’t work. My husband had a lot of important things on there. Christian was so kind and calm. He was honest and said he’d try and do what he could but there was no guarantee. When he called a few hours later and said he got it working I was so happy. He made my day. My husband is extremely grateful that Christian was able to fix it. We’re just amazed. I highly recommend Christian at CPR for all your tech repair needs! Thank you!

Repaired the hdmi port in my PS5. They fixed it in just one day. I thought I wouldn't get it back for a week or two. Very fast and friendly service

I remember taking my iPhone here because my screen wouldn’t turn on due to water damage. They had me sign a disclaimer with a non refundable $80 deposit. Turned out they said they couldn’t fix my screen and replacements didn’t work. Lost $80. So I went to North Park Mall and had my phone fixed within 10 mins. Go to north park mall, better price and quicker service. Go here if you wanna gamble $80 just for them to see if they can fix it or not.

TERRIBLE, WRETCHED SERVICE. I shattered my screen and paid 200 DOLLARS to get the screen fixed. I left and not 10 minutes after I left, the screen cracked AGAIN. I did not drop the phone or do anything to it that would warrant it breaking again. I immediately went back, but would not receive a refund or even another repair. The guy was a complete jerk about it. Apparently, the same thing happened to my friend as well. THIS PLACE IS VERY SHADY, DO NOT GO HERE

Wow what an incredible experience. I FINALLY found a team that remembers what excellence in customer service looks like! Very sharp team! Truly electronic gurus. I’d challenge anyone to find a team that’s more tuned in. Christian went over and above to ensure that my phone was perfect for my early departure in the morning. I’ll never go anywhere else! I took my tablet in on 12/08 to have the glass replaced. I was told it would be about 3 days to repair. I paid half up front as they requested. 3 days later no courtesy call and no repaired tablet. 3 days after that I stopped by to check on it. Was told the part just arrived, so I assumed 2 hours I would get a call. Nope. Finally on 12/27 I checked back after not getting a call. Again I was told 2 hours it would be ready. 2 hours later they called and said it was ready. When I went to pick it up I mentioned all this to the owner and he made it right by offering a discount on the repair. A great fellow. I will definitely use them again despite this issue. They suffered from staffing issues which I totally understand. Good work. Jeff

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I spoke with the owner and he has 0 accountability in breaking my item. He has bad customer service. I was called a lier by him on multiple occasions. He said "the customers not always right". They broke my ps5 at the first shop in Clinton Ms and lied to me then sent it to another CPR location in Jackson, Ms where I was lied to once more.After trying to work with them the owner still had no resolve. I do NOT recommend any CPR as they are unprofessional and unreasonable and not trustworthy.
