Great place to get your phone repaired for cheap and with quick service. I’ve come here for 3 phone cracks and every time my phone has come out perfect. In addition, you can get your phone back almost immediately; it only took about 45 minutes for him to finish mine. Lastly, cell phone repair is much cheaper than its local competitors, many of which have prices ranging in the triple digits, whereas it has always been in the double digits with them.
Awesome service!!!. I have been to multiple places for my iPhone 6 screen replacement. I was never happy with the new screen replaced. This one is extremely nice and the service was done within 40 minutes which is the best. I do recommend people to go here and check it out. The person Moe is very friendly. He even fixed the voice clarity problem in my phone free of cost.
This place is great! Super friendly staff. I brought my BlackBerry keyone to be fixed because of a broken screen, and boom, this place had no trouble fixing it and now it's as good as new. The turn around took a few days, but that was expected as I do not have a mainstream phone like every hipster in the bay area i.e. the new iPhone with like 10 cameras on the face of the phone. Great repair service, would recommend to anyone. Thank you for fixing my BlackBerry.
Went in to replace a broken/missing trackball on blackberry. Phone was done few minutes after swiping card. in and out in 5 minutes!! Price is very reasonable.. I paid $25 plus tax. Great service, friendly staff. Recommended and uploaded on my facebook. yeah, i was that impressed! Location hard to find. So call first.
Got my screen replaced here a few months back and now it won’t respond to touches in the top and bottom of the screen. Did some googling thought it could be an OS issue and this is happening to iPhone users when they get their screens replaced by shops who source faulty, poor quality screens. Called up the shop and their warranty only lasts 90 days, which is shorter than most of the other stores in the area. They’ll give me a $15 discount off the $115 service, which isn’t worth it considering they use bad parts. Find a shop with a longer warranty and ask where they get their parts.
This place was completely amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who attempts to fix their phone on their own, then realizes that they may have broken it forever because the battery just set on fire. Granted my case was an extreme, but the amazing gentleman who was doing the work was able to fix all of the damage, replace my screen, fix the vibrating mechanism that had broken months ago and warranty wouldn't fix and unbend one of my sim card holder prongs, which I had messed up when attempting to put my iphone back together the first time! The long and the short of it is, don't ever allow me to attempt to repair your phone, but absolutely go to CPR and talk with them about it- because chances are they will fix it, fix it well and it will be at a completely reasonable price!
The only bad experience I've had here was a tablet repair that was sent out to their other shop. The tablet's Qi charging point was removed. They blamed it on me and said that their tech couldn't have done it because he was on video the whole time. I asked that we review that video and was refused. I asked him to review the video and he says he wouldn't. So why five stars? Because he did his best to repair the damage, and because I've been bringing phones here for years. The work done in this shop is very good and the customer service is excellent. Just be sure that your device isn't being sent elsewhere.
I broke the screen on my phone and after reading some of the yelp reviews decided to try this place out. I was quoted $139.00 all in for the fix and 3-4 days for the part to be mailed with same day completion once the screen was in the shop. I have yet to get my phone back so am not rating the service. Although I have no idea what the service is like, beware of the hours they are actually open. I have gone to check two days when they have been closed during hours when they were supposed to be open. Because my phone is broken and in their hands, I have no way of calling ahead of time to check if they are open and I have assumed I could rely on the hours posted on google. The morning I dropped my phone off he did not open his doors until after 10:30 which is over half an hour later than he was supposed to be open. He was a little bit apologetic at least but then yesterday morning when I went in to check if my phone was ready at 11am the store was closed store hours are supposed to be 10am to 7pm. I returned at 6pm and it was still closed. I am unimpressed and concerned about getting my phone back.
I hope it was incompetence and not dishonesty. They would have charged me $59 to replace a USB flap on my smartphone, because they said they would need to open the entire phone. Luckily I found a YouTube video which shows it could be done in less than 2 minutes with no tools! Ordered the pieces on amazon for less than $10 and literally spent a minute. My bad I didn't look for the video before going to the shop, it would have saved me the trip.
Awful in at least two ways: 1 They can't seem to actually repair game consoles, and I *suspect* are willing to lie that they fixed a console when they didn't. I brought in a PS3 that was having the famous "yellow light of death" problem and they seemed to be able to fix it at first, but then it would immediately shut off on booting a game. They "tried again" to fix it, but then it immediately relapsed into "yellow light of death". This was after they claimed it was working fine and that they had booted it and played a game. Doubtful... 2 Really bad about communicating when your stuff is ready. You can't expect them to call or email when it's done; you have to poll every few days. Actually bad communicators in general -- they seem to really want you to go away. They *can* fix broken phone screens, though. It just takes a while.
