I recently had an unfortunate experience with D&R Electronix, I NEVER leave reviews however my experience here was so bad that I feel compelled to warn others. The customer service at D&R Electronix was incredibly disappointing. I initially brought in my phone for what was promised to be a two-week repair. Unfortunately, this turned into a nightmare that spanned over three months. Throughout this period, I continuously received assurances from Emily that the repairs would be completed within the next two weeks, only to be let down time and time again. To make matters worse, when I finally received my phone back, it still had its original cracked screen despite being told that the screen and battery were replaced, It's clear that there was dishonest communication a lack of expertise in diagnosing and fixing the problem. The extended turnaround time was not only inconvenient but completely unacceptable. A repair that was initially estimated to take two weeks stretched into more than three months, causing significant disruptions to my daily life. Communication from the shop was inconsistent and often left me feeling frustrated and uninformed. Updates on the progress of the repair were rare, and when they did occur, they were not accurate. To add insult to injury, when I finally received my phone, I discovered that the sim card tray was missing. This was not only an inconvenience but a clear sign of negligence on the part of the repair technicians. My experience with this business was beyond disappointing. I would strongly advise against using their services. The extended delays, lack of communication, and failure to address the initial issue make it clear that this is not a trustworthy or reliable repair shop. Save yourself the frustration and seek out more reputable alternatives.

I have had a couple phones repaired at D&R Electronix, including broken screens and replacement batteries. The service has always been excellent, and the repair work has been expertly done. Completion dates are spot on, timely, and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing! I took on some small electronic switches that needed to be cleaned and soldered because I can't find replacements. Emily said they would try, but no guarantees.... Not only was she able to do it, she cleaned all connections and basically made the switches like new! It's hard to find people who still know trades. D&R is the place!!! Thank you Emily!!!

Emily is amazing they fix the unfixable there magicians at there trade a little more expansive then there competitors but if you want it done right this the place if she not the owner i hope she gets a raise for the quality of service thank you from paul davis restoration team

I brought my phone in because I broke my screen when I dropped it. For me it was the end of the world and I was in full panic-mode. She Emily? was great. She put me at ease, and even gave me a workaround so that I could use my phone while we waited for the part to come in. When the part arrived, she contacted me, and I brought my phone in, prepared to leave it there for days. She had it fixed within 2 hours. If I'd gone through my carrier I would've been phoneless for at least a week. With them, I was without my phone for only 2 hours, and that's because I took an extra hour to do errands. This place rocks, and I highly recommend them.

Had trouble finding a competent solderer. Been turned down by many shops. The sister shop to this one told me to come in. Came in, pretty woman named Emily was chill about it. She didn't even bat an eyelash to my off brand phone problem, not a hesitation about it. I thought it was weird considering the friction I got beforehand Turned out she's the Tech and did a fine job! Real solid imo. Don't bother with other places. If the person you talk to hesitates about your service, don't bother. Emily was confident in her self. That's what I like to see in solid service. If I have any oth6sr problems in the future I'll be back.

Excellent service! Had a phone with a blacked out display and no other stores had my screen in stock. Brought it here and Joseph was very friendly. He had my screen in stock and had it fixed in an hour. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a no-nonsense, quality phone repair with a 6 month warranty also.

Super duper love this place. Thanks to my own clumsiness I've had to bring my phone here twice, but both experiences I've had have been wonderful. The service is fast and transparent and everyone that works there is always very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Joseph for fixing my phone twice. I look forward to bringing my phone here again when I inevitably break it for a third time.

I had a phone that i accidently put a password on it but forgot password. Tried 2 factory reset it myself that didnt work 6 times, even went back 2 Tmobile, atill no help. This D&R totally helped me and got the phone working again.

Fast and friendly service at a great price. I was defo happy with the results. The price was fair. They completed my repair in 30 mins. The shop was clean and I was immediately helped when I walked in. They did great work
