Poor customer service. I purchased a set of 4 Prestan Ultralite Manikins. The pistons on the manikins have cracked in less than 1 1/2 years. Tish with CPR Savers and First Aid Supply customer service said it looks like normal wear and tear so there will be no replacement. I disagree this product cannot withstand use beyond 1 1/2. Do not purchase.
Ordered 8 AED Trainer Pads for Preston AED Trainer. 3 sets out the first 4 I tried did not work on the first application. All of them have intermittent at best. I contacted 'customer service' and was asked if I did any trouble shooting to correct the problem.... Don't waste your time/$
First time using CPR and I was a little reluctant, but they came through and provided a number of email correspondence. A++ vendor. CPR provided fast shipment and item arrived as described. I will be shopping CPR in the future.
Mrs. Maria Alston has worked with me during my last two purchases of AED for my church. Even during a four year gap in between purchase she responded back to me via email quicker than most other businesses I have ever dealt with. She walked me through the quote and answered all my questions with details and quick response. Her customer service ranks in the top percentile. She is the reason why I purchased my second AED from this company. I know she would take care of me and make sure things were right. If I ever owned my own business I only hope to have a professional and dedicated employee like her.
Good deal & offer via website, great customer service, Leonardo was very helpful throughout the whole ordering process, and there was no issue with changing shipping addresses. Even when it turns out one of the products was not included, it was sorted out asap, and it's on the way now! I'm happy with manequints, AID, and all extra things already received. Thanks!
This is our second purchase from CPR Savers and each time Maira Alston was our sales rep. The AED and box arrived quickly and in perfect shape. We will be using them for all of our AED needs. You can't ask for a better rep than Maira!
Delayed ordering. Changes in prices. Unavailable items. Delayed shipping. More price increases. Endless I mean endless phone calls. Over 30 emails to order 1 item. And then they shipped it to the wrong address. Please save yourself and do not order from this company or even give them your contact info.

I ordered an item. It took over a month to ship and when it finally arrived was wrong. After company notification they informed me despite this being THEIR mistake they would not ship the correct one UNTIL I send the wrong one back... Ridiculous. It's been since October 3rd and I will be waiting who knows how long now.
