A coworker and I were in the area on a business trip and a local recommended this place for dinner. Needless to say it was a great recommendation! Similar to all the other reviews, the atmosphere is great and the views over water and out on the patio are spectacular. We both got some oysters to share then the combo buckets pictured and everything was delicious!! Talk about killer southern seafood cooking!! Definitely a great stop!
This is THE BEST crab leg place in the area! Delicious and falls out the shell, and the crab dip is next level amazing, this place is a going out to eat staple for me, and the new building by the rez is spacious and pretty, I was scared the food would be different after moving from Old Canton road to the new building, but it just adds to the already delicious food! The crab legs are better than most places in the coast even! Love this place!!
This place is best restaurant on the water. The food is excellent the views are something you would see only in a Magazine. They have live music as well. So if you haven't eaten here what in the hell are you doing with your life. I would definitely eat here 4 or 5 days a week.
This place is the BOMB!!!! BEST OYSTERS I'VE EVER HAD!!! The chief even visited with us after our meal!! Oh and the view!!!! Beautiful!! We will be back soon!!! Kid-friendliness: The server gave my baby some colors and sketch pages. It was so peaceful there that we all were doodling. I also added a catfish kids meal to my order of grilled oysters. They were fresh out of the grease great!
Edit: owner reached out to rectify situation. I can honestly say they care. Will give it another shot and i encourage you to do the same. Everybody has a bad night. Go try them. Food no where near worth what they charge. Shrimp so overcooked I couldn't eat. We spent $128 with tip and left hungry. Under seasoned. Our server brought food, then hung out in the kitchen on her phone with a hickey on her neck. It's no wonder the restaurant was empty. We tried this place three times, same result every time. No I didn't ask for manager because it didn't appear there was anyone over 25 in the whole place. Good luck to you but it's sad you can't improve on a prime location. You better do something fast or you won't last much longer.
My son and I went there for dinner about a few days ago. I wish I had taken a picture of his burger before he ate it cause it was huge and he loved it! I ordered the shrimp pot and my food was pretty good. I love their fries. Service was good. Understaffed as a lot of restaurants are right now. So be patient. Not overly expensive. Will definitely go again.
It was okay however it has been way better in the past. First time at new location Mellow atmosphere, not very busy at all. All the food delivered to the table was cold we didn't complain at first, continued to eat but then manager did make it right by remaking the crab combo. Server was friendly and totally not his fault.. but the kitchen shouldn't be sending out food that is colder than the warm plate it has been dished onto... Unless it is supposed to be a cold dish. Boiled or steamed with should always be hot not cold..uhh Even the and . Someone sure didn't understand assignment..
All four of our orders tonight were delicious. The fried grouper bites with creamy Cajun sauce were amazing. The blackened grouper was also fabulous! Cole slaw needs to be replaced! This is a really nice restaurant, and the live music was a plus! If you haven’t been in a while, give it a try!
Crab’s has amazing food, always fresh and seasoned to perfection !! They also have a great wait staff that are always professional and very attentive !! Can’t wait until they move into their new location on the reservoir. P.S. The blackened grouper is out of this world delicious !!
Fantastic srvice!! My catfish plate was delicious, the corn on the cob was excellent. Wife loved her reddish plate. Will definitely be a returning customer!! Excellent view while eating as well!
