Very friendly always music playing and joking around with customers they make you feel like family. This is my Favorite Crab Shack in Pennsylvania.Food: 5/5
The service was good. The employees were nice and polite. No problems there. The crabs however were horrible. Before I tried mine my son mentioned that his tasted like tuna. As I tried mine I realized that it tasted very dirty and fishy. Will never come back.Food: 1/5
First off, customer service is bad at this place. Went in to get crabs and they wasn’t ready . So I asked how long before they are ready because I can wait, well the guy gone say about an hour or maybe two like he didn’t want be rushed. They opened at 11am, I walked in around 11:30am. Didn’t get greeted just a look up and I had to say Hello. As a business owner myself, when you have good customer service, it goes a long way. This guy whole vibe was extremely given rude. I was willing to wait the hour as I know the crabs are good but it’s the principle of the tone and attitude he had. Won’t be returning back. And I used to praise this crab shack back in the day. Treat ppl how you want to be treated because this guy definitely doesn’t have customers service skills.

They don't have many places that sell Blue Claw Crab in NY so when I saw this place, I had to circle back and stop. This is a take out place only. They have an assortment of seafood to choose from, and the prices vary. Alaskan Crab Leg, Snow Crab, Dunguness Crab, Loster Tail, Crawfish, Mussels, Clams, your choice. Their sides of Shrimp Salad, & Seafood Salad looks good as well. They have a price range of blue claw crabs you can buy. $3, $4, $5 per crab. It depends on the size you want. They steamed them right there, and it is seasoned very well. Their garlic butter Eat, & Peel Shrimp was also seasoned well. I like this spot!
