Very friendly and helpful staff. I felt very welcome and they were very happy to help when I was looking for some things. The lady at the checkout counter was also very kind. The store is a bit small so they didn’t have a lot of stuff and some things were out of stock but except for that…so nice and I love the customer service here

The store may be small but the service is off the charts. I cannot express how helpful the team are. I go in often and Dana, Tom and Noah are so knowledgeable and helpful. I am both an artist and a teacher so I buy a lot of materials. It may be a chain, but it feels like an old fashioned wonderful experience.

It's a relatively small store and unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for in store however the staff, Celeste in particular, went above and beyond to check with other stores if they had the product available, without me even asking to call. Really excellent customer service!

Fewer range as it’s a small store but can meet your needs for the last minute project or just getting supplies for a new artwork

The staff in cass art soho were incredibly helpful and polite especially kat. She gave me the perfect advice regarding what brushes I could use. I would recommend you guys going to this store

It's great for the size.... But irlts ultimately quite small and therefore doesn't stock all the things you ant - but for casual usage: ace!
