When I first required assistance, I called "C.P.E." and the person I spoke with over could have easily "oversold" me an order only replacement part but he didn't. Instead he looked up and have me information despite previously purchasing the original power tool from a competitor years prior. He recommended where I could order the identical impeller, shipped free directly from the supplier saving a minimum of $10 not counting extra time and travel. After experiencing there customer service, I decided to rely on "Craig's Power Equipment" for anything from new power tool purchases', repairs or even ear plugs and safety glasses. While there recently picking up 2Cycle oil. I discovered "ECHO Black Diamond" trimmer line.... It's the very best in all my years of using every type . Featuring a unique"twisted 4 point Diamond shape" extruded as a helical spiral every 10-12 mm . This product has saved me time and aggravation for sure now that I don't have to replace trimmer line as much while reducing how hard the trimmer has to work. Whatever you do read and follow all safety precautions. Especially those regarding protective shoes and eyewear when using any trimmer but especially when using Black Diamond trimmer line it is very unforgiving when careless. The salesman Thomas answered all of my questions and took the time to get me more information to buy the best mower for my application. There was no pressure to pick one model over another just good information to make a choice. I bought a part for my husqvarna line trimmer last year and the service was good then also.

I bought a new tractor from Craig in December and since the weather is getting better I have been able to use it around my place. I bought it from Craig's after the buying experience i had with my Hustler 0 turn mower that I also purchased from them. Great company to deal with from the time you walk in until the time they deliver your equipment.. In my opinion it will be my go to place for any of my future needs. Thank you !!

This is the one place I would always go for small engine repairs. I've taken our two decade old lawn mower there several times for tune-ups. I've also taken a generator and power washer to them, and they run perfectly afterwards. I would highly recommend Craig's Power Equipment to anyone that needs small engine repair. They also repair larger items such as tractors, but I don't have one of those, so I can't speak to that.

Just an annual Toro - Briggs & Stratton lawn mower complete tune-up and service, and it was also exceptional customer service. The store is customer friendly, covid compliant, clean and sanitary as well. I was most impressed by their knowledge and friendliness, both upon checking in and when I picked up my lawn mower just 2 days later. 5 Thumbs Up to the folks who assisted me: the owner Craig, Griffin, and Joey who went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. And I certainly was. Their service was recommended by the landscape - irrigation folks that I use. They were right on too!
