I was impressed by the efficiency and courtesy that was displayed by all. It seemed as if their entire focus was on ensuring my comfort. The examination was done in a very friendly manner with my comfort and ease as their primary goal. The dentist was very friendly and efficient. What impressed me the most about Dr. Steichen was not his efficiency and knowledge, but his integrity. I had a molar in very bad shape that needed to be extracted. After looking at it he recommended that a specialist might be a better solution. He stated that he could extract it, but felt that the specialist would be better and more comfortable for me. The fact that my ease and comfort were his primary concerns really impressed me.

Going to the dentist is never fun, but when you go to Precision Dental, you feel very comfortable & relaxed regardless of any looming procedure. Dr. Steichen is funny, honest, & genuinely cares about his patients. Every one of his staff members has a smile & they all seem to love their jobs. I'm very thankful to know that my teeth, my smile, & my budget are all in such good hands!

I was looking for a place to get a mouth appliance that rated well and was in my network. Precision Dental and Dr Steichen not only met my criteria, but totally exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed with him and his staff that I am switching to Precision Dental for all my dental needs. Special shout-out to Amanda and Andrea, they have been amazing!

My dental office for the past 20 so years has changed so much lately - always a different dentist when I go - that I have been considering changing practices. Dr Steichen was recommended to us by a friend so I called and asked if he was taking new patients. The answer was yes, so I made an appointment for several months later. The new patient exam was very thorough and it was about 2 hours before I actually saw the dentist. Much to my surprise, it was not Dr Steichen! This dentist was nice but I did not want a surprise since that was why I left my old dental practice. And this dentist said I needed a ton of work, including two, possibly three extractions! What??? I take really good care of my teeth and am diligent about regular dental appointments. So why would I all of a sudden need so much work? This office needs to communicate with new patients that the appointment is with a different dentist, not Dr Steichen. On the plus side, the hygienist Lizbeth was great.

Dr Steichen is an extremely competent dentist. He has done a lot of restorative work on my teeth and they look great. Plus my husband loves them too.

"DR" Craig Steichen should not be practicing dentistry. He is was more than a good dentist..loves himself. Left worse than when I came. Worst dental experience ever for my whole family. He needs to be shut down!1

I had Liz for the first time as a dental hygienist on Dec 14, '22. I think she was very thorough and did a good job with no delays.

I am consistently impressed with the level of concern and professionalism that I experience when I visit Precision Dental Care. My travel schedule creates challenges in making appointments, but everyone is always exceptionally accommodating. Truly extraordinary dental care combined with a very very thoughtful and caring staff.

I cannot say enough praise about Dr. Steichen and his staff, from the front desk to those working at the chair! Someone recommended them him as I was having a small, yet urgent, dental crisis and my dentist was out of town on vacation. Thankfully, Dr. Steichen found a situation with my teeth that could have resulted in severe damage. He provided the treatment that was needed, and I could not be happier! He and the staff are highly skilled, gentle and efficient. Equally important for me is how they all treat their patients, and how they make me feel. They provide care with thoughtful kindness, dignity and professionalism. I would highly recommend their office

I had an dental emergency. They saw me within 2 hours Anna was real helpful. Dr. Steichen was super gentle and friendly. Went back a week later to have the tooth pulled. His assistant Kali was very helpful as well. Will continue to go here for my dental needs.
