I have to say, hands down, this is probably the best car dealership I had the experience of purchasing from. Bought my second-ever car from this place, a 2008 BMW and I can't say im nothing less than happy with my purchase. Great experience... Salesman Rodolfo drove all the way to Sherwood to show my son the car with no problems. They made me feel comfortable and I thank them for that.
After getting a brand new vehicle it took more than 30 days to get my title and was fined by the dmv because of it. Reached out to see if they could reimburse the penalty since it wasn’t my fault and they told me I had to pay for it and they wouldn’t it. There are better ways to do customer service and paying $32 to avoid hassle for a customer is apparently too much to ask after buying a 2023 SUV.
I sat in the service lobby for 1 hour waiting to be helped with servicing my truck and finnaly someone showed up to help. I was right on time for my appointment but still had nobody in there to help. Took 2 hours to do an oil change on my truck and didn’t do anything else. I was at the dealership for a total of 3-3.5 hours for a basic service. Also to add to it, when I bought my truck from them I waited weeks for it to be ready, they told me it’s ready way later than told originally and when I get there they said it hasn’t been detailed but I could bring it up ANYTIME and they give me a free detail since it was never done on it. When I brought it up there they said I waited too long and can’t have it done. They never told me a timeframe to have it preformed. Highly unsatisfied! Never going back to them ever!
My truck has been in the shop for over 2 months for some minor burn and body damage. You people have consistently given me excuses and won’t even tell me that it repairs have been delayed like you said you would. I could have replaced the fuel tank myself at this rate. I’m considering contacting a lawyer because it shouldn’t take this long to fix this damage!!!
Very nice people we are from out of state had an issue they helped us right away. Can’t thank them enough for helping us. I will definitely give highest rating. Thank you to the service dept.
Truly phenomenal service. To a man, everyone more on the team, even people who just walked by, jumped in and helped. The dealers service reception, the technicians on the floor and the parts department all went above and beyond. There is no way that they could’ve done a better job.
I purchased a 2017 Chevy Equinox four months ago. On the 24th of December the rear seal went out. The truck didn't run hot or none of that. I called this dealership ship and gave them the run down on what was going on. I was told to DRIVE the car to them. Once informed Eric AGAIN that the truck was leaking oil he stated that I had to pay out of pocket to have it towed to them. Cool! I called a local wrecker service to tow it costing me $250 and I had a payment due by the 30th. PAID ALL THAT. Fat forward a week. I called again and spoke to Eric he assured me that I had the best warranty and that I'll be out of $100 deductible . Couple weeks past by NO HEAR FROM. Finally I received a phone call telling me that the rear seal was the reason for the oil leaking out. He also named the timing belt tubes that needed to be repaired . Now it's waiting game with the warranty company. As of today 01/23/202÷ they have added over several other issues Tgat they claim was caused by this so called oil leakage. Now they are saying that the warranty company is only paying for certain parts. These lfolks sold me a whole lemon and I trying to make me pay for the repairs after ONLY FOUR MONTHS... THIS IS THE MOST SCAMMING PLACE OF BUSINESS I KNOW AND THIS IS NOT THE END
Long story short; I called asked for an oil change and a diagnostic done because my breaks were acting up. Asked "how much is a diagnostic" told "$100.00"; ok great I am on my way! Came to get my car after three days was informed it will cost me apox $2700.00 but 1st i must pay $200 for the diagnostic & $80.00 for an oil change. 1st I was lied to about the cost of a diagnostic THEN they tried to rip me off on the repair & THEN i left and ZERO oil was in my car they stated it was not their problem. Ok what did i just pay $300.00 for? NO oil and the car in worse shape than when i brought it in?? I end up towing it to Everett in Benton Arkansas fixed it up for $770.00. Crain ripped off a mom of 5 kids and was super rude and unprofessional. Trashy experience!!
This dealership is the worst from the car lot which lack cars, to the sales, service, and the GM. They are unprofessional and very shady. Service will tell you nothing wrong with your vehicle when it is. Do not know what they doing. Vehicle been in the shop over a month. Little to no update and no loaners. Sales did nothing to try to make a sale. Every vehicle I recommended they went up on the price. Lie after lie about what they couldn't get or it was sold. GM do not return calls. No honesty at this place. Horrible experience and I had an extended warranty. Update... Like I said very unprofessional. Whomever had time to respond to my review with more dishonesty. But yet didn't have time to keep me updated on my my vehicle. Should be more focus on helping customers, instead of trying to make an invalid point.
