Hans and Laura were fantastic to work with. The whole inspection was very thorough and steam lined. We walked the whole property with them as they explained what they were looking for and we could ask questions as we pleased. They really opened our eyes to what was really going on with the property. They are both very knowledgeable and not trying to pull a shade over yours eyes. They are looking out for your best interest. As a service technician I have been in the field and know a fair amount about carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical and so on, but they really know their stuff. I highly recommend them and they will be the only home inspectors I will ever use. I refer them to anyone looking for a home inspector.

We recently used Cramer Home Inspections for the inspection of our first home. They were beyond great. We had a tight turn around time, during the Holidays, and they were flexible and accommodating. Then for the actual inspection, Hans was really great. He pointed out a tone of things we should watch out for, gave ideas for ways to improve the house, explained what we were looking at while he was taking pictures of everything. We had a great debrief after the inspection and in less then 24 hours we had a substantial PDF packet of info, colored and coded with concern levels, and pictures, followed by a Hard copy in the mail. Not only was this instrumental in getting the seller to fix a few key items, their report will serve as the back bone of the next few years of upgrades and fixes. I cannot say enough good things about Cramer Home Inspections, and will recommend them in all instances.

Laura and Hans were both great! They worked to meet our schedule. Hans was so helpful and knowledgeable. It was great to have him explain to us what he was finding as we went through our house.
