Only thing I don't like is the private customers tend to set the bar pretty high on occasion, so they slap a reserve on it, if you want full price for your car, then sell it at that price. But I see alot of auctions going unsold in the last few years, that has nothing to do with the CA people or it's business, at least they honest as possible, and show a video of the items engine running, this is amazing, so other online auctions, I won't name, sell cars w/o adequate description of mechanical issues and damages.
Our experience earlier this year was not great. Poor communication when the first buyer didn't end up getting the car. We didn't know it was going back on the auction and without a reserve which is not how we had it set up. We had to call and ask them to send us our check after it sold.
BUYER BEWARE - SCAMMERS. Not only do you have to pay an annual membership fee, you also pay excessive auctions fees, and admin fees they do not tell you about. Also, the vehicle I purchased was stated that it runs and drives but as soon as I figured out a coil spring was broke, I fixed and took for a drive. Not more than 6 blocks away the engine light came on. I got it diagnosed and found that someone had cleared this code prior to me picking it up. Debating now on filing a lawsuit for fraud.

It is absolutely sickening the fees they throw in on an item! I own an auction company myself and we would never treat our customers this way. They do not make the fees clear upfront. I bought a boat for $450 and after fees it came out to be well over $900. That’s complete nonsense. Buyer and seller beware. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many other reputable auction companies out there.

Very helpful and courteous throughout all aspects of buying and obtaining products. Completely professional clerks as well as warehouse personnel. I pick up a lot of items from these guys for other people I know. Every time I go I always have great service from the 2 ladies at the front counter! I look forward to picking up an item from here compared to Copart auctions because of their polite/friendly attitude towards me. Thanks guys for always working fast to have something ready for me even when you're busy and for always giving me a good attitude as well even when you're busy with another customer and I have to stand there and patiently wait!
The system is rigged. Don't waist your $50. Rules are not followed.
