The great thing about crepes is when you take your teenager to try them and can introduce them to the concept that crepes are really pancakes and that they can be either sweet or savory. Minds blown. We love the crepes here, both the sweet and savory. Carefully crafted and filled with tasty things. Although I generally love the sweet ones, the savory like the “Burnside” are really good. Save room for your crepes when you’re in this area or just eat your dinner right here!
As a backstory to this desert, see my review of Komo Chicken. I had the strawberry crepe which had house truck made vanilla custard and homemade whipped cream! This was such a good treat for us!
Always enjoyed this spot, now even more that the entire place is fully gluten free. It eases any concern one may have about cross contamination. It's great that they've changed it! If you have issues with gluten this place is a must try!! Favorite crepes: Besto Pesto and the Lemon Berry. Can't get enough of the lemon curd here! Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian options and are willing to trade out meat for vegetarian options in crepes. Dietary restrictions: It is a fully gluten free food cart. Kid-friendliness: The pod area is kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: The pod area is wheelchair accessible.
Amazing! They're crepes are to die for. They have sweet and savory options. They're located in a super cute food pod with a wide variety of food options and a cart dedicated to beer and wine!
Amazing crepes! My favorites are the ‘Figgy Piggy’ and ‘Nutella’. It is a designated gluten free kitchen which I am stoked about! The savory batter is different than the dessert batter which keeps the flavor profiles really interesting and matched well. Dietary restrictions: The entire kitchen is gluten free.
This crepe place is in a food truck park, very interesting and clean lookin. Nice staff. I got a preciutto and arugula crepe. Overall the nicely cooked and packed but too salty. It would taste better with less salt, not sure it comes from the sauce or the preciutto. I'd come back sometime and try other crepes
Hot diggity dang, this place is good. We wandered over this way to introduce our friend to crepes, and yeah, this place was the move. I tried the Burnside and the Strawberry Cream, and good lord, can I just have two more of those right now please? Service is friendly, not to mention on the quick side. Everything tasted fresh and the flavors worked so well together. The Pod 28 food cart park it’s located in is a super fun setting to hang out in as well. Can’t wait to return.
Within a cluster of food carts with plenty of seating, offers a crepe with custard cream very rare in PortlandFood: 5/5
